We’re a small but mighty team based in Northern Colorado serving Loveland, Fort Collins, and Berthoud. We are here to support you through big transitions with clear communication, expert guidance, and a whole lot of heart.
When our second son was born in 2015, I realized it was time for a new chapter and I was drawn to the idea that I could keep educating in a new way: helping people navigate their home buying journey which is one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
We’ve all been down the Google rabbit hole trying to figure out this whole home buying process on our own. That’s why I apply everything I learned as a teacher to real estate. When you have quality information you are empowered to make informed decisions.
I began my real estate career with a small brokerage in Denver and quickly found my footing working with first-time homebuyers in Northern Colorado. As an educator at heart, I hosted homebuying workshops at local breweries, filmed educational YouTube videos, and created a blog called Sweetheart City Living to share real estate advice and spotlight my favorite local businesses. Over time, that content evolved into a personal brand rooted in connection, clarity, and community.
I started Haug & Co. because I wanted to build a brokerage rooted in values that matter to me like trust, transparency, and truly personalized service. I don’t just walk you through contracts; I help you make sense of the whole picture. I don’t just negotiate offers; I manage every moving part so you don’t have to.
Before real estate, I spent nearly a decade as a special education teacher across Colorado. We moved often, my husband’s career took us around the state, and during those years, I found purpose in helping students and families navigate big decisions with patience and care.
Jennifer is the kind of person you feel instantly comfortable with. Her calm, thoughtful approach helps you make confident, informed decisions. As a Colorado native and one of six children, her roots run deep and she has always had a connection to the Northern Colorado community.
Before entering the real estate world, Jennifer spent six years teaching math in the Poudre School District. Her background as an educator shows up in everything she does. Her clients know her as a steady guide, someone who listens to understand, explains without overwhelming, and never rushes the process.
After purchasing her first home in north Fort Collins, she found herself drawn to the world of real estate and knew it was a path worth exploring. She went on to earn her mortgage lending license (which she still holds today) allowing her to bring an extra layer of clarity and strategy to every transaction. Whether walking clients through financing options or evaluating renovation potential, Jennifer offers a rare blend of industry knowledge and heart-centered service.
Alongside real estate, she also co-owns Bloom Designs for Living, a small family business focused on home renovations, giving her a well-rounded view of what it truly means to live well in a space.
Jennifer lives in Fort Collins with her two teenagers: a creative, soccer-loving daughter and a history-obsessed, volleyball-playing son.
We specialize in working with clients who are moving into the next phase of life—whether that’s a growing family, a change in pace, or finally buying the home you’ve always envisioned.
We’re here to make the process feel manageable, meaningful, and maybe even a little fun. Let’s talk about what comes next for you.
